Quality is one of our primary goals at Comstock. With this, we have in place written Quality Assurance Procedures, extensive product testing, and a commitment of all the Comstock employees to assure customer satisfaction.

EQUIPMENT WARRANTY

Comstock Telcom provides a three (3) year warranty on most reuse equipment. All new equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty. All products are marked with a label of month and year shipped, warranty period begins at date of shipment. Replacement units are shipped at no cost to the customer.

Besides having a huge inventory to draw from and superior quality control, our customers get an advantage over other suppliers because of our advanced computer and software systems. Our system is networked to shipping, receiving, purchasing, accounting and all satellite sales offices. We can track product at any time or place within the system. We are also tied in to the United Parcel and FedEx System so we can track shipments right to the customer's dock.

Another advantage we have over other suppliers is our ability to use our detailed inventory system. We track activity of our sales to specific items and to specific customers, which helps us in advance purchasing. All of this amounts to better delivery and a much lower cost product to our customers.

In addition our system has the ability for you to tie into and conduct business through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This speeds up order taking and eliminates paper documents that we both have to handle.
